Taylor Made Academy Philosophy
At Taylor Made Academy we understand that when children feel safe they take
risks. Risks help them control and step into their own child directed learning
experiences. Our job as caregivers is to create and maintain safe and healthy settings
that foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development and that
respect their dignity and their contributions. We believe that the child, family, and
community work hand in hand in fostering and encouraging their life long
educational journey. We will strive to be intentional as we provide high-quality play
based early learning experiences that empower children and help them make sense
of their world.

Mrs. JoAnna Y. Taylor
Owner, Visionary Director
"My focus is to build a staff that is like-minded in that giving children the ability to gain autonomy and self-awareness will help them get a sense of their own strengths. Children rely on us to assist them in gaining a sense of their own identities, thoughts and the ability to express themselves with words. I am grateful to have been in the Early Childhood Education field for 20 years, and it's my desire to continue to provide a safe environment for them to develop emotionally, physically, and cognitively. My focus is to build a staff that is likeminded in that, giving children the ability to gain autonomy and self awareness will help them get a sense of their own strengths."
Dr. Zoee Bartholomew
Director of Educational Development
Dr. Bartholomew, also known as Dr. Behave has over 20 years of experience working with children, families, educators, and administrators in the areas of special education in the areas of special education including Autism and the Autism Spectrum, ADHD, snd children with moderate to severe handicaps and/or behaviors.
Empowering parents, educators, and administrators with the tools and resources to confidently support individuals with special needs is what I do.
Ms. Ti-Anna Taylor, MPH
Personal Assistant
It is my goal to provide quality personal assistance within the Taylor Made Academy Offices. I strive to be efficient and hard working. I love being in the position of being able to help foster leadership skills in the children at the start of their educational journey.
Mr. Timothy D. Taylor
Security Aide
My role is to provide security and guidance among the children and team members of TMA. I have worked for several years alongside my wife, and then for Kindercare. More recently I enjoyed serving as a bus driver for Fairfield/Suisun Unified School District.
Ms. Latonia Brooks
Culinary Director
I have been working in the childcare business for over 20+ years starting with my own home daycare, foster care parent, and working in childcare centers. I have worked as a teacher's aide and also in food service. I love preparing nutritious food for the children and staff to enjoy.
Ms. Grace Jenschke
QRIS Coach
As your QRIS Coach, it is my duty and goal to help you develop and provide the absolute best quality program for the families you serve. I have worked in the Early Childhood field for 11 years now and have learned and experienced an abundance of knowledge. Have been an infant and toddler teacher, Site Supervisor at a private Montessori school, Preschool Assistant Director, and State Preschool Teacher for a full inclusion program the serves children with special needs. During my time in these positions I have acquired a substantial amount of qualities that have benefited the programs and communities I have worked and served.
Ms. Kesha Lovett
Intake Manager
Holding a Masters in Business Administration and having a background in Education grants the opportunity to support Taylor Made Academy in different ways. The belief that children are leaders of tomorrow drives me to encourage and empower them to be the best version of themselves. One of the most important fundamentals of a child's life is the way they learn to form relationships. My goal is to help create an atmosphere in which the positive relationships between staff, children, and families can be felt throughout the environment .
